I visited on 2/5/25 for the 1st time. Daniel and Sandra were at the front desk. They both told me all about the services. I signed up for the Core Services which ran out pretty quickly as I was doing 3 core services at a time. I, then signed up for unlimited monthly on core services. I use it daily. Everyone there is amazing, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and happy to see me daily! I really feel like I have a 2nd family away from my own there!
Daniel, Sandra, Nikki, Makenzie, Madelyn, and Adriana are all so wonderful!
And, the nurses, Sara and Alicia, are also wonderful!

Hannah, the rep at the desk, was SO informative and excited about her experience! Her enthusiasm was the selling point of my experience. And I though thoroughly enjoyed the deep freezer!

My colleague and I had the best experience here! Hannah was very knowledgeable about the cryotherapy and helped my partner through his first experience. We both felt amazing after our session. My partner was having pain from a back injury and he said he immediately felt better after cryo!
