We had an issue with bed bugs at one of our properties. We asked phillip and he said his company could get rid of them. I asked, “Do you guarantee you will get rid of them.” He said, “Yes in 2-4 weeks they will be gone.” November 4, 2019 Priority Pest Control came to treat the property. Several weeks later our staff called as the house for our interns still Jaír bed bugs. After repeated calls and emails they sent someone to spot spray. The tech said, “There are no bed bugs here.” My staff assured there was. The end on January I contacted Phillip and reminded him that it had been months and we still had bed bugs.
