We love Precision Pools. We had our pool installed in 2014 and used Precision Pools for the first few years for our chemicals and maintenance advice. Our pool water stayed crystal clear and we had no maintenance issues. The last couple of years we used another Mt Juliet pool supply company simply because it was closer and more convenient to our home. This year we had a severe algae bloom, and even after two months of applying a total of 22 pounds of shock and other various chemicals our pool was still a dark green. We went back to Precision Pools on Wednesday morning June 26th and on Friday, after using their chemicals & instructions, we were once again swimming in crystal clear water. It was perfect for the remainder of the season. Sid, James, Heather, Emily, and Billy are all great to work with. Thanks for rescuing our pool.
