BEWARE! We lived next to one of his home build sites for a year. The ways he treated us, had no respect for the neighborhood, and numerous obvious construction deficiencies were painful to watch. And now, to top it off, he is MIA leaving the homeowners without steps to their porch, no landscaping, and other unfinished details.He had no concern for the rivers of rocks and mud through our yard caused by his mountain of red clay foundation dirt across the property line. No erosion control, no attempts to protect our property or the lake from run off. Our pleas were ignored and the only way to get any action was to get the county to address it.
