Countryside Animal Hospital Pl is a highly recommended business that provides exceptional care for pets. With a long history of excellent service, they have earned the loyalty of many customers who have taken their pets there for 17 years, 20 years, and likely for many more years to come. The staff is great, kind, and loving, treating pets like their own, even the most energetic or attention-seeking ones. Customers appreciate that the office is clean and that the staff is happy to help. The vets treat pets as patients rather than just numbers, ensuring they are comfortable and healthy. The team is known for being transparent with pricing and for being helpful and understanding, especially with anxious pets and young children. Many praise the staff for their compassion, patience, and dedication, with some mentioning that the entire team, including the doctors, techs, and support staff, is top-notch. The clinic is a place where pets are cared for with love and professionalism, making it a trusted choice for pet owners.
countryside animal hospital is a very kind and caring facility. We had to make the difficult decision to lay our beloved elderly dog to rest and their staff was very kind and reassuring with me during this difficult time. We will be bringing our animals to this facility moving forward. Thank you.
We have been going to Countryside since 2021 and love all of the doctors and staff. We have been through routine visits and specialty/emergency care with them and each time we are handled with so much care, transparency and respect. Would definitely also recommend to any senior dog families.
Special shoutout to Mariah and Ashley who have been such wonderful smiling faces to see each time we’re in. They go out of their way to come in and say hey to our pups and it has always meant so much to us.
Dr. Caroline Koudelka was wonderful with not only our large Goldendoodle, but incredibly hands on with my curious young kids. She made a huge impact on them by including them and talking to them through the whole exam. She's a great addition to the team at Countryside!
