With a viral video now showing Officer Binns lying to a citizen and fabricating a crime, what is Mt Juliet doing about the corruption in their police department? Disgusting behaviour of criminality. The Mt Juliet tax payers are going to get stuck with a lawsuit for an officer violating multiple civil rights and committing violations of the law and the policies of the department ... Of course, the rest of the department "backs the blue" at all costs. Because qualified immunity has made all these blue-line cowards feel above the law.

Drive on Mt. Juliet Rd (North or South) at 11:00 am on a Saturday. Nobody would recommend that nightmare. City planning is terrible.
