I had this company replace my roof the year before last after severe storms and tornadoes caused damage. Fast-forward to this year, I noticed some leaking and water spots in my ceiling so I reached out to the company. They had a crew out here immediately to tarp my roof and made plans to fix the issue in a prompt fashion. I’m very satisfied with my interactions with this company.

Hail, wind, and fireworks got the best of our roof this summer. After a thorough inspection by Austermiller Roofing and The Cincinnati Insurance Company, the decision was made to replace the roof, gutters & downspouts. The Austermiller inspection was very detailed. Their report was specific to the damage, and they included dozens of pictures. The replacement process was explained in detail, the warranty was covered, questions were answered, and the replacement scheduling was confirmed.
