I found Soul Arrow after 7 months of debilitating postpartum depressions/anxiety/rage and chronic pain brought on by frequent and unnecessary “fight or flight” responses. My OB started me on some antidepressants 3 months prior to finding Christian, which helped quite a bit, mentally, but my body was still wrecked. Christian set up a treatment plan from our complimentary phone consultation. She customized my treatment to what my body was responding well to, and after 2.5 months, I have no chronic pain at all, and am back to my strength training program, which I had been unable to do since my c section. Aside from being a wonderful provider, she is so fun to see and catch up with at every appointment. And her empathy and warmth helped me feel safe and hopeful from the beginning. I can’t recommend Soul Arrow enough!”
