Went in for my first tox appointment and was very nervous. I wanted it to be natural but still help the wrinkles and Callie was PHENOMENAL. She explained all of the options very thoroughly and made sure I felt like I was making the right choice for me. She didn’t pressure me into any of the services and she made sure I was comfortable with my choice the entire time. I will absolutely be back and would definitely recommend this office!
Great place. The place is decorated very beautiful and relaxing. And they have always got me in soon when I call for the IV treatments very happy to have one here in Morristown Tennessee thank you to all the workers for being so nice and inviting and doing a great service
I had such a great experience at Urban Radiance Medical Spa! During my initial lab draw, I was a little nervous since my veins are notoriously difficult, but the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They offered me a blanket, warmed up my arms with a heat pad, and even provided refreshments while making sure I felt at ease. They were so patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the level of care and attention they gave me, I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
