I went to a different hair salon and was basically persuaded not to get a perm because they didn’t think it would take, so for about 5 months I kept talking myself out of getting one but then I had an event coming up and decided to give this place a try. I’m so happy that I did. Kelly was so nice and truly took the time to listen to what I was wanting. She made me feel comfortable and we laughed quite a bit. And guess what… my perm turned out amazing.? I was so happy with my results. I also loved how Kelly spoke of her coworkers as family. I've always been leary of walk in places like this but Pam is GREAT! The only negative is how their pricing works when it comes to color. The amount I spent was just as much as the so called "higher priced" salons. I will still go back though just to see Pam!

The lady that did my hair was extremely polite. She explained the steps she would have to do for my color and cut. Told me exactly how much it would cost and I agreed to the price. I had a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. When she got done it looked nothing like what I showed her. The color was all wrong. It had green tints in it. So I paid almost $200.00 for the wrong color.
