I had never been to this salon nor a salon at all in a very long time. I booked my appointment and was assigned to Stephanie. My hair is waist length and I expressed my issues with previous hair salons regarding them cutting much more than requested. I only needed my dead ends trimmed off for this appointment. She was very communicative on how much needed trimmed and verified with me the length was ok (2 to 3 inches). She cut my hair and made sure it was even. I really enjoyed my session and will be back to book with her!

Cheryl is the Best! I've received so many compliments on the color of my hair with gray now in the mix...when asked what colors used they are amazed that this is all natural colors and explain Cheryl is always kind, friendly and professional! The ladies there are very nice also. Highly recommend!!!!

I am new in town and didn't know where to get my hair cut. I ended up making an appointment at Ross The Boss and I'm so glad I did. Lisa cut my hair and did the highlights. She gave me the best head massage while washing my hair I've EVER had!! My cut is great and the color is perfect!! I felt comfortable and like I've known Lisa for years. I am going back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service.
