Furnace kept started and stopping every few minutes so I called Ricker to check it out. After a lot of back and forth to determine why it was found to have a small crack in the heat exchanger. With the furnace being at least 20 years old we opted to replace it. Wesley came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new Trane unit and informed us that the AC unit seemed fine and didn't need to be replaced at this time. His guys Aaron and Corey showed up a few days later with Wesley he went over the scope of work with them and then turned them loose! Ricker Electric kept me warm as life grew colder. In my life, I've had some issues with my heating. No more is that an issue. I wanted to know what a great HVAC provider is. Ricker Electric showed me.
They are the best. So friendly. I had them to work on my heat pump twice now but they were fast getting here and both times did a excellent job.They are good on price and service. I will tell a lot of people to give them a call when needing help .
