Front desk receptionist are rude and smart mouthed. They need to be trained better than what the public gets I been coming here numerous years and won't use this diagnostic center ever again.

My wife had an appointment this morning for 2 MRI’s. 7:00am and 7:45am. Yesterday we received an email and text to check in for those two appointments today and to pay the co-pays for both. We arrive this morning after driving 45 minutes and they said they had moved the appointments to January 7th. No phone call was made to notify us. They wouldn’t refund the money for the copays. Even after showing them the confrontation and check in date and times they were rude and said well we are full nothing we can do. It was unprofessional and completely ridiculous. Fell & I did hurt my left hip bad. Could not walk. Dr. sent me to their the X-ray Department. It was Friday afternoon. It is now Sunday night and I do not know anything about the X-rays. It's the weekend & all offices there are closed. This is crazy. What if my hip is broken or fractured?? I have struggled with it all weekend. They absolutely need to make exceptions for situations like this. I KNOW there has to be someone there that can read an X-ray on weekends!! If they could tell me if something is wrong I would know more of how to handle it until my Dr. returns Monday morning. Do take note, All the Physicians & Technicians in this complex are absolutely incompetent. Guess I should have gone to the Emergency Room.
