Do not recommend at all! They do not stand behind their warranty, they lie, and the quality of their work is subpar. Will not work with you at all. Be careful with considering them.

The absolute The Most Frustrating builders in Tennessee.....we purchased a pretty pricey home in Sevierville and upon inspection had some issues on our punch list......presented to GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION to correct these issues.....IT'S NOW GOING ON 2 YEARS......and they have not....WE ARE NOW FIXING THESE ITEMS OURSELVES OUT OF OUR MONEY........their warranty is NONEXISTENT.... ..I even recommend them at the beginning to someone because they liked our elevation...... they talked to GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION and decided to pay upfront because GUZMAN stated that construction cost were elevating and they could get locked in.......I talk to him every 2 weeks and last I heard no construction...read full review

I inspected a home Guzman built for my sister in Morristown. The Quality and craftsmanship was exceptional. The attention to details is evidence of Guzman's high level of acceptance.
