He came out on our schedule on a Saturday, communicated well on the phone and in person, was respectful in our home, and did quality work at a steady pace and a very reasonable price. I contacted Mr. Duncan after reading his reviews. I called and left a message. He called me back in less than an hour. I explained I needed someone to install a new/replacement dishwasher and asked if he could do that. He told me he could come out the very next day. The dishwasher was not simple to install but Mr. Duncan handled it with high marks for professionalism. His rate was very reasonable and he accomplished the task expeditiously.
