I needed a pro to check on a problem with my heat pump / furnace, so I called J & J. I was told that someone would be out later that day, and two hours later a guy arrived. In less than an hour, the problem was solved with a replacement part that was in the technician’s truck.A very good experience overall.

Tech did a great job. Very happy with his service. AC all cleaned up and ready until the fall heating preventative maintenance. No issues found on my 6 year old Horizon installed HVAC system either. Still going strong with no issues! Highly recommended.

Our sales rep, took the time to answer all of our many questions. They worked with us to get the right system to suit our needs and budget. Our head installer and his team did an excellent job. Took extra time to inform us about the system and the new thermostat. Great equipment, great service, great price.
