My daughter and I had an appointment with the salon today for a deep conditioner. The ladies were awesome and patient. However they explained to us the water pressure was very low, the water don't get too hot and also only 1 dryer, one sink and steamer worked. Although the ladies made it work with what they have. It will help if Ulta get these items fixed as quick as possible to help them continue to prefect their job and also help with the speed of service.

Do not overlook this store if you have boys. I was hopeful when Ulta opened because we struggled to get a decent barber on this side of town. We have been seeing Chris back in the salon ever since this store opened. She is finished in ten minutes and has always been consistent with his cut and style. There is never a line and everything is brand new.

Ally in the Millington store was Ahmazing!! She looked like a Rock Star! Told her what I was needing and she gave me the best advice, helped me pick the products I needed. She was very knowledgeable about the stock and she showed me products I’d never seen before. She made sure to show me products that were really great buys on the way to the register! Will definitely be back. Ally Rocks!!!!!
