“Steve Heathman was our Realtor for a home purchase. He did everything we asked him to do. We called Steve on Saturday Dec 29th about showing a house he had listed. He notified us we needed a pre-approved home loan letter before a showing (seller requirement). I did that on a Saturday and we saw the home December 31st. We made an offer and went back to Hometown Realty to sign a purchase contract. We left and went to lunch and Steve called before I got my first bite to notify us the Seller had accepted our offer.
