pOpshelf is a bright, clean, and organized store with a wide selection of products and great prices. It offers a wide variety of inventory including household items, seasonal décor, snacks, personal care products, craft supplies, housewares, and electronic items. The store is described as a fun place to explore with a surprisingly stylish and trendy selection of affordable finds, many for under five dollars. Customers report excellent customer service with courteous, professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable store associates. The layout features wide aisles for easy browsing, checkout is quick, and parking is plentiful. It is noted as a perfect place for Christmas gifts, affordable home accents, and retail therapy without breaking the bank.
I placed a pick-up order here (3 items, nothing crazy) while there was a sale and they cancelled it the same day.
I went in 2 days later (after the sale was OVER) and found ALL 3 of the items.
I don't mind if it took 3 days to fulfill so it's not cancelled, but if I can find all 3 products in 2 minutes of walking in (WITHOUT knowing where the products are unlike the employees) then that's got to be laziness on the employee side.
Another time 3 self checkouts were occupied by customers waiting because there was no employee in sight. One of the customers children went to go find help in the back of the store !!

Excellent customer service experience. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The store associates were very courteous and professional. Also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be definitely be returning to shop here. The store associates were able to answer any questions or concerns that I had.
Wolfchase & Millington locations...both stores have a wide selection of products and great customer service. I am an AAF and I really appreciate the variety and savings of AA hair care products at the Millington location which is closet to my home😍.
