Have been using them for years. They're nice people who care about the animals they treat. There are vets with way nicer facilities, but North Shelby is supportive, less expensive and easily accessible.

Brought both of our dogs to see Dr. Pugh for their annual check-ups & shots. We used him for years-- but lost where he was practicing for a while. So glad we re-found him! Great care & consideration for our pups. Thanks

Feeling blessed for Dr Brent Pugh for going above and beyond today in helping out when little time was limited when he didn't have to.So thankful for Scarlett Reavis in taking time to listen and hear my needs to help make it happen. Thank you both for having a loving heart for animals.Thankful for my daughter for doing her part and my neighbors Johnny & Dianne Hunt Abel for helping Madison. I'm sure Claire was a little irritated by end of day but sometimes it takes a village of caring people working together to get it done. #thankfulandgrateful
