We rented an apartment at Woodchase near Wolfchase to store furniture, paid early every month and actually a little more so we had paid credit. Gave 60 day formal notice and moved out two weeks early in clean condition as we left nothing and had cleaned to be sure. Now we are told we need to replace carpet, clothes dryer and kitchen floor plus dirty bathrooms, really?. $3200! I have done business with many companies in my management position over the years but never been attempted to be scammed like this. Worse leasing company ever! Don't ever go to any of their apartments. They even got me subpoenaed for an eviction when my dad passed and I was in Florida. I called them and told them what happened and that I have a death certificate but they were very rude and will also hang up on you on the phone. I had 2 burglary experience in my very own place and it was difficult to get them to talk to about the situation and my need for an immediate move, even if I wasn't breaking my lease. It took them 3 days to respond for a rental verification request and I even went to their office! Worse people to deal with!

Stay away from this company! Sunshine Staff is very rude and do not care about the tenant at all. It is 2019 and the only way you can pay your monthly rent is by mail. I have never been late on a bill in my life and because of the mailing in process(old fashion) my rent payment was not received on time and I was charged a late fee of $88 which is very high. When I tried to resolve the issue I was told if I have a problem I should take it up with the post office. They should have a better and more updated way for you to pay and be more considerate of their tenants.
