Scheduling was easy and quick. Rockie was courteous both on the phone and in person. He was very thorough with explaining the problems and providing his recommendation. Most surprisingly, after tightening couple nuts and giving me thorough instructions on what to do next to continue the simple repair, he cancelled the invoice.
