After another store cs rep told me to call Apple to get it fixed or buy a new phone from him, I was told by another employee to try these guys. 20 seconds and I was out with a cleaned out phone. I am extremely grateful.

The communication about the delivery of my replacement part was a little off but once they confirmed receipt of the part, I was able to bring the device in and 3 hours later my phone was ready to go, looking like new. Great job guys!

My original service was scheduled for August 18. I received a text message that morning that the technician had a medical emergency and would not be able to make it. No big deal, things happen. I was told the repair would be rescheduled for the following week (Aug. 25). That day comes and I never received word from anyone and no one showed up to repair my phone. I went online and saw that my repair was scheduled for that day. I went ahead and rescheduled through the website for the following Friday (Sept 1). That day comes and still I receive nothing.
