We have been taking our pets there for over a year. Clean and professional! Maybe not the cheapest, but they give you all the options and no pressure. We come in monthly for flea and heartworm prevention, as well as nail trims - which do not require an appointment. They are open 7 days a week and if your location doesn't have open appointments, they can get you in at another location. I like the online portal, too. We love Dr. Cozzarelli! We have 1 outdoor cat and 3 rescue dogs.
I had to take my kitty here after the pet hospital in Germantown severely neglected my pets care. The team here is amazing though knowledgeable and this hospital is clean unlike the other one. The other one as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was coughing and looking at me sideways for not wanting to go to her. Anyway, I’m happy this location exists and the doctors here know what they are doing!
Dr. Welsh is always so sweet and pleasant! Every time I call, the entire team is kind, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. They’re incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciate with my work hours. They always give my puppy so much love, and she has zero hesitation walking into the vet.
