I had a wonderful experience, and am now enjoying 20/20 in less than 24 hours. Thanks especially to Lynne, Dr. Palacios, and Dr. Machat for making the procedure and recovery as easy as possible. Advice for those interested: get to sleep as soon as possible post-surgery!
My wife and I recently had the life-changing experience of getting LASIK at the LASIK Vision Institute, and we couldn't be happier with the results! We decided to undergo the procedure on a whim, both being tired of the hassle of glasses. My wife went first, and I could immediately see the positive impact it had on her life.As my turn approached, I have to admit I was a bit nervous, especially when the laser was positioned over my eye. However, the incredible staff, including the two lovely ladies at the front desk, played a crucial role in calming my nerves. Great experience! My husband did a consultation in the morning and the surgery in the afternoon. Lynne handled all the details to make sure we had a great experience and even went above and beyond in the OR to encourage my husband and reassure him throughout the procedure. Dr. Palacios explained the statistics and procedure in detail to ease our minds, and Dr. Machat was welcoming, quick, and professional. 10/10 recommend this center.
