Dr. Erika Cox and assistant Ari (unknown spelling) are the best!!!
Ari does the hot air balloon test (iykyk)/air puff test/Eye pressure test. She is so sweet, which is important when patients are at their most vulnerable.
Dr. Cox is just as kind!!! You just can't help but to have a good laugh during your eye exam.
I have not purchased frames from this location yet but I witnessed Jason & Paul being super friendly & helpful to other patients.
The optometrist at target was excellent. Malynnda and Paul were excellent also. The glasses fit perfectly upon putting them on my face. I have never used an optical shop connected with a major Department chain before. I am going to come back here for any future glasses, unless They do not have a frame that I like. And then I may go somewhere else, but I like the fact that the nose supports have metal but they’re encased in plastic whereas the other glasses just had plastic and no metal so I like that and I like to get a glass case that they gave me also.
