They thoroughly explain how everything works, show guests around, and ensure excellent customer service. The studio itself is incredibly clean, with staff cleaning each room before and after every guest. The aesthetic is beautiful, modern, and luxurious. Private rooms are laid out well, and the hour passes quickly. The sound from the TV plays clearly in the sauna, and there is a prep area with mirrors. The overall experience is highly recommended, making guests instantly consider a membership and eager to return. It is a must-try in Memphis.
SweatHouz is a fantastic addition to the Memphis area, and I truly hope to see additional locations open in the future. The facility is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that clearly reflect attention to detail—such as complimentary electrolytes, hair ties, and shower caps. The Vitamin C shower following the sauna session was a standout feature and easily my favorite part of the experience.

Excellent experience! Staff was warm and welcoming, and kindly explained how everything worked. Our room was private, laid out well and very modern/luxurious. I did a special for Valentine’s Day and the hour seemed to pass by quickly. The sound from the tv plays very clearly in the sauna. They have an area in the back with a couple mirrors and space to prep yourself before you leave. Would recommend!
This was my first time and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I missed was the time clock. It wasn't explained to me in the initial introduction. I just figured it out when I saw it. Otherwise it was a great experience and I will be back.
