I came to Sundara several years ago for Pelvic PT and loved the atmosphere. Last year I tried acupuncture and was skeptical at first but Candace's calm demeanor eased me right away. I stopped for a few months due to a health crisis, but have recently gone back to resume sessions with Candace and I definitely see an improvement in my health when I'm regular with acupuncture. I have also had several facials done with Katie Delk and she is amazing. I have had Pelvic PT a couple times this year due to a recent surgery (cant recommend MOJO enough) and it was very helpful. We came from a different state and tried to find a hyperbaric chamber. When we called, Josh picked up the phone and provided all the information we needed. We eventually signed up for a package of 5 sessions because we had such a wonderful experience. Josh is soft spoken, kind and gentle. I was amazed when I walked into the building. It really was built to be a wellness center. The calming music, the decor and the smell of the building all gave us a very calm feeling. I even took a few pictures to share with my friends and told them I wanted to build a place exactly like this in my home town. I met the owner of the business. I enjoyed trying the infrared sauna wish I had more time but had a hair appointment lol… next booking I will stay long to get more of the benefit of the sauna… Thanks to Josh for being so helpful…
