I walked. Almost in tears, my fur baby (Uma) was 19 years old and It was time to help her cross the rainbow bridge. My regular vet is now closed permanently. I found out after calling n driving up there. Anyway The receptionist and Dr. Were awesome. I didn't have an appointment, but they agreed to help my fur baby pass peacefully. The Dr made me feel so much better about my decision. It's really really hard (as y'all know) to make that decision. I will Deff be taking my last 2 remaining fur babies to The summer ave vet. We recently brought home our adorable pup, Ruben, but unfortunately had to take him to the vet the very next day. Dr. Conley was absolutely amazing and determined to get him back to his happy, playful self. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming! I also have a son with Autism/ADHD who loves to ask lots of questions (lol), and they took the time to answer every single one — his and mine! Thank you all so much for the care, patience, and compassion you showed our little one. 🐶💖
My siblings have taken their pets to Dr. Conlee for years. I began using him in 2014, I believe. He loves animals and it shows. He does do some surgeries, and has hours set aside for those, so it's best to call ahead to make certain that he is able to see your pet if you don't have an appointment. Occasionally, he will have a pet emergency during normal office hours and they will call to reschedule appointments if that is the case.
He has years of experience and if he can't help he knows who can. He recommended an excellent surgeon for my dog. Even though it might make it harder to get an appointment for my pets, I highly recommend Dr. Conlee at the Summer Avenue Animal...read full review
