I before time with my son. he had to use the restroom. the door was unlocked so we went in. she was irritated and then made up a rule no kids allowed when it was time for my appointment. there is only one way in and out. there is no waiting area. there is no sign on the door. she makes up rules as she goes. she was careless in leaving the door unlocked and then got irritated with me, a prepaid customer. I hope she gets better for business sake.
