My pool was a mess when I uncovered it in May due to some tears in the cover that I was not aware of. Tim, at the Southaven location, was so kind, courteous, and patient as he walked me through restoring the pool. The kids and grands are now loving my “new” pool. The entire team at Smith Pool made our first time purchasing a pool a wonderful experience! Throughout the entire process, they answered every question we had thoroughly and in a timely manner. Even after installation, they sent out a team to address some concerns we had about our liner. I would highly recommend purchasing your pool from Smith Pool!
We bought a pool from Smith Pools last year. They did a great job helping us pick out the right one for us and didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us to buy. We are very pleased with the install/build and the crew was great and very courteous. We’re super happy with our pool! This year we needed some help with a problem and they came out & fixed it for us, great service! In the past we bought a pool from the largest competitor and wouldn’t recommend them. Buy your pool from Smith Pools, you’ll be happy! Diane & Tom
