I went up there on the 4th they took all my documents told me they will call me since it was running slow no one has called me ever since and when they finally picked up the phone they said they had no record of it and has to make another appointment for 2 more weeks been waiting since February

Very unprofessional, had an appointment on dec 12 at 8 am. No one called. Supposedly they called several times. The lady scheduled me for another appointment on dec19th at 8:30am. At about 8:40am I decided to call since no one called me. Only for them to tell me I had no appointment. And that the only thing she can do is make me an appointment now. That great but what are they going to say next time??? I usually going to the health department on Kirby and have never had this issue with them.

Beware when you make an appointment that they don’t tell you that they have an hour to call you! I had an 8am appointment but they didn’t call until 9 and told me that they weren’t late but appointment times are not for the exact time but around that time… ugh
