Very unprofessional, had an appointment on dec 12 at 8 am. No one called. Supposedly they called several times. The lady scheduled me for another appointment on dec19th at 8:30am. At about 8:40am I decided to call since no one called me. Only for them to tell me I had no appointment. And that the only thing she can do is make me an appointment now. That great but what are they going to say next time??? I usually going to the health department on Kirby and have never had this issue with them.

Beware when you make an appointment that they don’t tell you that they have an hour to call you! I had an 8am appointment but they didn’t call until 9 and told me that they weren’t late but appointment times are not for the exact time but around that time… ugh

Those who are supposedly there to answer in Spanish become those who do not speak the language so as not to answer the corresponding calls, which is what they are supposedly there for, and the people who answer in English have a horrible way of answering. To the client, if you don't like your job, look for another one, leave the opportunity to another person who wants to do the right job???
