I work overnight so i schedule my appointment after i had got some sleep. 3pm was my appointment, i was awaken at 1pm with knocking on the door and 5 missed call from the person, who didn't want to wait until 3pm. Then had an attitude because i said i wanted to get a second estimate. NEVER AGAIN will i call this service.
