The man at the front desk was so professional and was sympathetic to my needs. I didn’t have an appointment and they were booked solid, he went beyond to find me an opening for that afternoon. I’d like to thank him so much for that. It’s always a good experience when I visit this location.

Going to the doctor is really stressful for me, but every staff member I interacted with was wonderful. From the front desk worker, to Jazmin, Dr. Wendy, Briana, and my ultrasound tech, I couldn't have had a better experience and I want to thank them for the work they do!

My daughter had a appointment on Sept 29 on a Friday and it was changed the day of I didn't catch the phone call but Andrea left me a voice mail I never got a chance to listen to because I was rushing to her appointment so when I arrived Andrea told me that the appointment as been changed to Monday I didn't understand its being changed now and not a day or 2 ago so I returned back on Oct 2 2023 and spoken to Malcom and he told me that I wasn't on the books and he couldn't find my appointment so Andrea ask me was Monday was ok for my appointment but didn't put it in on Monday that's weird we're taking about a baby's shots that she needs I was heated but Malcom calmed me...read full review
