About two years ago, I was having a down day. Can't remember why, but decided a hair cut would cheer me up. I stopped into Fantastic Sams on Erin Drive, which was the closest location to my house. I was fortunate enough to have Layne do my hair. Not only did she do a great job, her personality added to her goodness. She is very talented and friendly to make you feel at ease. She listens and asks you what you want. I appreciate that, as most stylist just want to do what they want to do! I now have my husband going to her and he loves her as well. We recently moved and it is a long drive, now that Layne has moved to the Midtown location, but well worth it. I give her a five star! When I would go to the Erin Drive location, everyone there was very friendly, however, now that I'm a patron of the midtown location, not the case. Especially the manager, I think her name is Lisa. She does hair some of the time but I'd never let her take a scissors to mine. She looks at you like, "What are you doing here?' She is not friendly at all and always looks like a sourpuss. Most of the others in the shop are good and friendly.

My husband and I enjoy having Grace Hensley care for our haircuts. She does an excellent job. Salon is a comfortable space in which Ms Hensley works, but she is not a Salon employee.

Very nice place in a really cool area went in with my girlfriend for her hair ended up getting mine done too my stylist Tamera was great and quick even did my beard their rates are very good also. Very clean place pretty sure i found my new spot
