If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I got a notification saying the flowers were delivered the day before. They were never delivered. I called the company and they said they would redeliver on the following Wednesday. No delivery. My mom has cameras so none of the deliveries were made. This company ruined Mother's Day from my kids and I to my mom. Then they tried to insult me by only offering up to fifty percent of my money back. I told them I want ALL my money back. Save your time and money.

Order from anywhere else! I have never received a more disappointing plant or flower. This flower was supposed to be a gift, and I was embarrassed when I saw what was delivered to my mom. It seems there is no quality control, as this plant should never have left their facility.

I understand that plants can look different online than in reality, but this one was clearly unhealthy. The leaves were dry and had multiple holes, there were broken stems, and the soil was extremely dry.

Additionally, when I requested a refund or redelivery, they only offered me a 15% refund instead of a full refund. I told the rep that I didn't pay 15% and I would like my full refund....read full review

I went with them for same day delivery. Several hours later, I am informed by email it won't be delivered for two days. I call support and am promised it'll be delivered after stating I want a refund and to give it a chance to be delivered. Yesterday was supposed to be delivered, no delivery. Today I receive an email it was delivered and it was not. I contact support and they refunded me. This was to be delivered for a friend who's grandfather died and now sending several days later makes it weird. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
