I went with them for same day delivery. Several hours later, I am informed by email it won't be delivered for two days. I call support and am promised it'll be delivered after stating I want a refund and to give it a chance to be delivered. Yesterday was supposed to be delivered, no delivery. Today I receive an email it was delivered and it was not. I contact support and they refunded me. This was to be delivered for a friend who's grandfather died and now sending several days later makes it weird. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Ruined Valentine’s Day by not delivering flowers then lying saying they delivered them until we told them there were cameras at the delivery location. Completely gave the run around about the delivery and the refund.
Ordered a funeral arrangement which I paid for an upgrade. Called the day prior to confirm. Day of funeral, never had my flowers delivered. The florist called same day after the time it was to be delivered and left message that they didn’t have that arrangement. Called customer service waited 20 minutes twice to speak to someone. Ended up canceling and driving to local florist and picked up my own flowers.
