We got a Uber order for this place and we could not find the place so we called the supposed business to ask where they were and she refused to tell us and refused to give us the order instead she wanted to deliver it because of the tip there was a 50$ tip and she wanted it that's why she wouldn't give the order but little did she realize that it's a digital tip and she is not going to receive it because it was in the Uber app lol do not go here the reviews say the flowers are wilted and brown and shipped in a box not vase there customer service is awful

Would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your money. They upsell and then defend sending arrangements that differ and are smaller by saying they have a substitution policy so they can send as small of an arrangement as they want. Don’t waste your money on “premium” because they reserve the right to tell you that the “standard” arrangement they deliver is actually premium when it clearly is not. Don’t shop here or FTD
