I can understand that gauging flower availability year round is tough. But if you don’t have the color flowers that are advertised then don’t advertise them….I would have opted for sunflowers or something if I wanted yellow.

NEVER AGAIN will I use their services. I ordered with them because the florist I typically use could not deliver my arrangement by my needed deadline. So, I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and was very disappointed.. the flowers arrived wilted and brown—white roses I may add.. then I called to complain and was told a new arrangement would be delivered next day.. which was the day of the funeral.. to find out they weren’t delivered.. placed call to customer service and was initially offered at 20% refund until I spoke with a manger who did offer a full refund with a “florist choice”arrangement to be delivered same day. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I got a notification saying the flowers were delivered the day before. They were never delivered. I called the company and they said they would redeliver on the following Wednesday. No delivery. My mom has cameras so none of the deliveries were made. This company ruined Mother's Day from my kids and I to my mom. Then they tried to insult me by only offering up to fifty percent of my money back. I told them I want ALL my money back. Save your time and money.
