I had a fantastic experience at PetVax Complete Care Centers - Germantown! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff is clearly passionate about animals and the veterinarian assistant was engaging and took the time to interact with Snowball. I was pleased with the thorough examination Snowball received and all my questions were answered. The veterinarian provided helpful advice to help ensure Snowball remains healthy and happy. I truly appreciate the excellent care we received and highly recommend PetVax Complete Care Centers - Germantown to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care!

My cat had been suffering with diarrhea and not using litter box (I was suffering also with the maintenance. :) After taking her to Petvax, her taking med they gave me for her, and eating the special food they suggested, she cuddled up with me all last night and used the litter box only once (not the floors). Not too expensive either!We're doing great. Thank you Petvax!

I have never been here but there website said $25 for first visit and my dog was very sick and I did not have hundreds of dollars for care. I was skeptical at first but my husband took him in and Miranda Kelso treated him. It was a bit expensive at first but when she talked to me on the phone she was able to give me some alternatives that worked for us to reduce the bill and some donated medication so all in all we were able to afford it because of that and my dog has recovered very well for now and I really thought he was not going to make it. I give this place 5 stars because the doctor and staff were so nice and so helpful and it was not your typical vet experience...read full review
