Very low key, relaxed environment. They really genuinely care about you and your pet/pets. I mean I had brought an old cat and dog of mine around 1998. That had been the last time I had been there. 25 years later, I find myself living in the Humes Heights area for a few years with two dogs. Cecil, our 100 lb. Catahoula had broke through our fence and split his real paw in two right between his toes, and a deep puncture would inside his back groin/leg. They were so booked up and not taking new patients at the time. I mentioned I had brought and old pet of mine , Bob, in 25 years ago, and Bingo! Been going there since before it was in that building. Dr. Mc Cutchen is the best! Smart, professional and will always go the extra mile for your pets. The staff is friendly and kind. You really know that they all care about every animal that walks in the door.

Dr. McCutcheon & staff are beyond compassionate, & gentle with patients plus so in touch with the emotions of their owners. If your furrbabies have to stay in clinic you will not be left wondering about them. You will get progress updates and never made to feel a anxious about calling them. This is the place to take your pets for the best in medical attention generously mixed with TLC.
