Unsure, issue since 10,23. They (receptionist,nurse,Doc) seem to dismiss my severe issues (documented). Phone always busy, nurse line (6-7 let msgs) ignored. Is worrisome to deal w neck spine muscle pain, sometimes when neck locks n pain hits base of skull (30sec to 2min) I see black....oh well my Doctor referred elsewhere & sent data.

I'll begin by saying that I'm not sure who the negative reviewers below were attended by but my experience with this staff and Dr Sokoloff has been good. He reviewed the scans and X-rays and explained the issues with my knee and the various treatments available as well as pleasantly answering all my questions. Will is a good old boy-type character (in good way) and I enjoyed cutting up with him.

It was a terrible experience, please see my attached letter for a full understanding of my appointment. I would not recommend him to anyone. Worst part is, when brought to his attention my perception of this visit , no apology was given whatsoever. He sees nothing wrong with his behavior. Some introspective therapy would help him tremendously. May he get the help he needs.
