I have been going to the Optomtry Group at Poplar and Highland since this office opened. They have always offered the most courteous and knowledgeable service and continue to do so. I tried the Optometry Group at Lakeland when they first opened, as I live close to there, but it was not the same. I wend right back to the poplar group. I have used different doctors and different opticians with the same wonderful outcomes. They also have a great selection of frames!
The staff is really nice. Tess is really adorable and she makes you feels so special. Dr. Nance is a caring doctor, he makes sure everything right for you. I’m so glad I was referred to him a few years back. Overall this group deserves 5 stars
I went for the first time this week as a new patient, and was very pleased. Everyone was very kind, and welcoming. All instructions were very clear, and they were able to get me in same-day per my request, which was highly appreciated. Dr. Hines was as friendly as it gets, and made me fee very comfortable. Being kind and reciprocating goes a long way for me, and their staff killed it. Highly recommended.
