I've used this company twice and both times I was highly satisfied. Jeffrey responded very quickly, he's very professional and has great customer service. This the only tow company I will ever use in my time of need. I rate this company 10 stars because the service is always beyond expectations!
I called my insurance company to get a Tow for a rental that I was in at 12:30PM....After waiting for 5 hours for D*venp*rt towing, which was a No show, I called ONE STOP which was recommended by a friend. They came in less than an hour. They were professional and kept me updated on the process.. I recommend this company if you want the job done correct and quickly!Services: Car towing
Thank you, thank you to the tow truck operator for coming to our house, Monday evening, when we discovered our car would not start. The gentlemen took such great care to mount our car on his truck level, and was so personable and enjoyable to talk with, which was quite a comfort when we were dealing with this.
