We just had a great experience with Old World Floors. Our living room hardwood floor had to be torn out and replaced. This required two more adjoining rooms to be sanded and stained along with the living room. Old World was very efficient and stuck to their schedule, which was given to us well in advance (delivery date of wood, when new floor was to be installed, etc., ). Once the work began, I received a phone call each day regarding details for the following day's work. Old World Floors replaced some existing naildown hardwood and carpet with new prefinished hardwood through out and replaced all base & shoe molding. They also installed new hardwood stair treads that they sanded and finished to match the prefinish hardwod I picked. Everything turned out perfect!! Great experience.

In today's world of terrible customer service, OWF has been a shining example of what to do! They returned my calls, they sent a qualified expert out, he emailed me right away with an estimate, dropped off a sample of optional floor choices, his office got in touch with me numerous times to confirm the details. The work crew showed up early, finished early and checked that I was happy with the clean up. Deposit invoice and final payment/invoice arrived at an appropriate time for my schedule (and they were super patient with the delay of a bank check being mailed to them).
