I was provided services on September 11, 2023 by the Father and Son duo. I was charged $150 which I appreciated at the time and because it's always good to be serviced by a Black owned company. It was late and like other reviews stated they came quickly. Now I very much regret my decision to go with the company. I called the father this morning, he stated he was out of town. He gave me his son's number to reach out about the remote going out. I was told that the son would be there between 11a-1pm. Around 12:30 I called the son back to see if he was on the way. Mr Lockout is the most reliable honest and reasonable Locksmith in the Memphis area. Have used their services for automotive,residential and for my commercial business. Been using them for 22 years now.
