My "bucket hobby" is astronomy and after purchasing a new telescope, it arrived with 4 jammed screws. I called Moultrie from a web search and they were FANTASTIC! Machining on an expensive telescope is a rather delicate procedure and I was very favorably impressed with their knowledge, customer service, pricing, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism. This is a real "Jewel-in-the-Rough" and I'll certainly be a returning customer should the need arise.
