I had someone else diagnosis my vehicle. They told me I needed a new full pump and control module. It would be $500 in labor plus parts. I went and spent $400 on those parts. I called Mobile Mechanic Memphis to do the work because the other guy had an unforetold schedule. Mike from Mobile Mechanic Memphis showed up. He immediately got to work and called me within 30 minutes of being there. He replaced the control module for my full pump then my truck started right up. It was just a bad module (which cost $50). I called this company on a Friday morning, last minute, for a repair. Miguel was so helpful and so professional. He showed up promptly, understanding that we needed this repair completed to leave on Saturday. He explained what had to be done, gave a verbal estimate on and provided me with quick online payment options once the work was completed. The service was excellent!!!!

This is by far the best Mobil mechanic service by far. The two gentlemen are extremely professional but most importantly, they’re knowledgeable. They know what they’re doing and that’s why they’re best at what they do. Mobil Mechanic did my wife’s Nissan which was in terrible condition and turned it into something that we now use daily. Highly recommended!
