My father chose them for Home Health when he had cancer. They could not have been more compassionate or professional. I've worked in the back office for 26 years. Good place, lots of people working hard.
People are NEVER on time. No call to say they will be late. Nothing. Some cant even give you a time they will be here. Just show up. Some of us have other things to do during the day,places we have to be, babies that nap, dogs that have to be locked up while they are here. This is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.
Was assaulted by a Worker sent into my home. She is apparently a sick individual, based upon information she shared with me days prior. The police department is having a difficult time getting them on the phone so they can speak with the Worker. I will follow-up with the police department to see if they had any luck. I plan on filing charges.
