“I called looking for an appointment for my son to get his wisdom teeth removed while he was home for winter break from college. The team at Williams Surgical arts got him set up with an appointment within a week. They were very understanding of my sense of urgency and reasoning. When we went in for the consultation, we discovered that our dentist failed to forward our xrays. They were able to take an xray and get us right back on track. Dr. Williams came in and explained the surgery, in great detail making sure that all of our questions and concernswere answered. I felt a great sense of care and compassion not only from Dr. Williams but from the entire staff. The young lady that checked us in and went over insurance was very polite and knowledgeable. The young lady that came in and assisted with the paperwork as well as took our son back for surgery was great. Her attitude was great. Dr. Williams came out afterwards and went over his procedure and let us know all went well. The young lady that brought our son out to the car was so helpful she made sure he made it into the car safely and checked once again to make sure all of our questions were answered. If you are searching for an oral surgeon, I highly recommend Williams Surgical Arts and Estetics. Definitely deserve 5 stars!! Great Job guys!“
