I could not be more pleased withit this company. I have had a maintance contract with them for fall and spring maintance on my heating and cooling unit which I just had replace because it was 22 years old. I called them years ago after another company had come and it was like the 3 Stooges plus I was left with a gas leak. Landmark repaired the unit and stopped the gas leak. Several years ago I mentioned I wished I had had them in ******* and told them where I lived. The crime is so bad in that neighborhood that they do not service in that area because the employees were being repaired. As a senior I am very cautious as to whom I will have home maintaince done. I know I can TRUST Landmark. ***
This company along with their guys are amazing they have given us the best service from day one the ladies that take the calls are also great at what they do from giving call backs to making sure the service teams are available when we call thank you for your outstanding service we appreciate it.
The technician was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about most of the issues of concern. A more thorough understanding of how to winterize our high-efficiency unit would have made the visit complete.Following the service, the technician provided an extensive verbal debriefing of the checked items. This was very much appreciated. It would be helpful, however, if Landmark also provided a written list of these items, as they were numerous and impossible to remember. In addition, I was asked to sign three electronic forms. One was for the credit card but there was no writing on the other two forms, just a place to sign.
