I take customer service VERY seriously and whether it's poor or fantastic, I make a point to share my findings. I've taken my son here for many years and I've always been pleased with the services provided and the professionalism demonstrated. More importantly for me, it has always been an atmosphere and environment that was comfortable for me. As a lady having to bring my son where they're mostly men present, I can confidently say that I was always comfortable with the conversations and the male barbers presented themselves as gentlemen.
