Came here to get my nails done for my birthday as a treat. They did a beautiful job with some reference photos and a few personal tweaks I requested. They were fast and thorough, I was able to get serviced right away. Would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!
5-star service at Katie Nails. I was surprised by the low rating since this is one of the best manicures I've had in Memphis. But then I learned that there was a change in management 2 months ago. I got an excellent dip manicure from Brian for 60$ (he fixed a very bad job I had done at relax nails spa for far more money). Everyone who works there is super friendly and warm. They offer you a drink and even gave me a little nail supplies gift on my way out. Highly recommend!!
Man I really love the new owners. Great hospitality. I wanted to watch football while getting a Manicure and pedicure. The owner went out and got cable for me to watch the football game. The place is always clean & they make you feel very comfortable & welcoming. I really love how they do my nails & all the services they offer. They truly try to meet your request. My place to go for nail salon services
